They Include  the child and infant versions of  Tylenol, Motrin, Benadryl, and Zyrtec sold by Blacksmith Brands.

They are:

  • PediaCare Multi-Symptom Cold 4oz. UPC # 3 0045-0556-05 9
  • PediaCare Long Acting Cough 40z. UPC # 3 0045-0465-04 7
  • PediaCare Decongestant 4oz. UPC # 3 0045-0554-04 8
  • PediaCare Allergy and Cold 4oz. UPC # 3 0045-0552-04 4

All four over-the-counter PediaCare medications were manufactured in the McNeil plant of Johnson & Johnson in Pennsylvania.

The Johnson & Johnson plant has had problems in the past, such as,  drugs containing incorrect dosages and unsafe manufacturing conditions.

While there have been no reported injuries from the use of these products, the manufacturers are warning parents to stop the use of the above products.
